Dosing pump for small amounts of fluid

The pump has a dosing chamber with suction and pressure connection and a dosing membrane which carries out lift movements. The membrane (8) forms an elastic restriction for the compensating chamber (10) and in turn is tightly clamped between compensating chamber and wall of dosing chamber. The membrane stands under the adjustable pressure of a compressible medium such as compressed air in the compensating chamber which produces the pretension. The compensating chamber has a filling connection (11) for the compressible medium. When pressure is exceeded membrane lifts from overflow channel and deforms into compensating chamber to displace part of dosing volume into space becoming free in front of membrane.
