The system is supplied with mains water via a T-piece (4,5). The inlet branch (9) of the latter, and its outlet branch (8) lead to a drain pipe (7) and each contain a hose-type valve (9,10). A branch (11) leading to an alarm sprinkler valve (3) contains a non-return flap valve (12) which can be filled with water under pressure. The hose-type valves are controlled by a pump (17) with a valve (18), a compressed-air receiver (19) with a diaphragm (20) and a diaphragm-valve (21). The pump with valve and the receiver can be in a control pipe (13) emanating from the mains (1), and whose other end is connected to the flap valve and via a branch pipe (13a) to the underside of the diaphragm valve. A second control pipe (14) runs from the mains to the top part (23) of the diaphragm valve which contains a spring-loaded piston (25). Further control pipes (15,16) run from this top part to the hose-type valves. |
