Fuel injection valve for internal combustion engine

The valve has a fuel injection adjusting plate (1) with nozzle holes arranged along a circle (H1), coaxial to the mid axis (L0) of the valve body (2). A second set of nozzle holes (H2) are arranged in a second, outer circle (H2), coaxial to the mid axis and has a diameter larger than the first circle. The second set of nozzles have a smaller opening size than the first nozzle holes. When the valve is in the open position, the fuel reaches a location up stream of the plate and flows toward the mid axis from the outside to inside direction. Hence it flows with a lower speed toward the mid axis at the outer nozzle holes (H2) than at the inner nozzles. Although the fuel flows with a lower speed it is correctly sprayed (F1,F2) from both sets of nozzles.
