<p>The invention concerns a tyre comprising a top, two sidewalls and two shoulders, a body reinforcement anchored between the two shoulders and a top reinforcement, said top reinforcement comprising radially from inside outwards, a working block with at least one ply of parallel and circumferentially oriented cords and a protective block with at least a ply of parallel cords with breaking elongation greater than that of the working block circumferentially oriented cords. The invention is characterised in that said ply with circumferentially oriented cords is said working block ply most externally arranged and the parallel cords of said protective block have a circumferential orientation.</p> |
