Cell suspension separation

For the separation of cell suspensions by centrifugal action, the flow rate of the cell suspension passed to the second stage is restricted to a set threshold value. This is especially the blood plasma fraction with a high thrombocyte content. Also claimed is an apparatus where the flow rate to the collection unit (5) is held to a given threshold value, for the cell suspension containing a high level of thrombocytes.
