<p>The invention refers to new compounds of the formula R<6>R<7>CFSO2R<8>, wherein R<6> is perfluoroalkyl, perfluoroalkyl containing one or more ether oxygen atoms, perfluoroalkoxy or perfluoroalkoxy containing one or more ether oxygen atoms, R<7> is perfluoroalkyl or perfluoroalkyl containing one or more ether oxygen atoms, and R<8> is perfluoroalkyl. The compounds are useful as initiators for the copolymerization of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene to yield amorphous polymers.</p> |
