The under carriage (FG), the seat (S) and the back rest (RL) are formed from several basic units (4, 5, 8, 9). The under carriage is adjustable with width, height and wheel position, the seat is adjustable in width and depth, and the back rest in width and height. All adjustments are in stages. The under carriage as basic components has a vertical and frame part arranged crossways to the wheelchair width and two lateral support profiles (20) running in the wheelchair direction of travel (F) and accommodating adjustable wheel bearings (19a, 19b), which with crossways extending insert profiles are adjustably held in a shell profile with screw unions spaced apart widthways.
