Portable cool bag

The portable cool bag (2) has an outer free surface (6) at least partly formed from an evaporation surface (6) and a coolant supply device (8). The coolant supply device is connected to a coolant reservoir (7) and supplies the evaporation surface. The coolant supply device is made of yarn (9), possibly of viscose fibre. The container of the cool bag may consist of towelling or velour material with micro-fibre threads. There may be chain-stitch threads in the towelling or velvet, some of which consist of micro-fibre threads.
