The switched power supply includes a converter, whose primary circuit comprises a series connection of a switching path of a transistor (1) and a primary winding (P) of a transformer, connected in parallel to an input voltage source. An energy storage (Cl), preferably a capacitor, is provided for storing an energy available in the strew inductance of the transformer. A switching arrangement (T;3) is provided, which connects the energy storage parallel to the primary winding of the transformer in the switched-off phase of the transistor, and in series to the input voltage source in a switched on phase of the transistor.
