Compound material comprises a silicone rubber bonded with an adhesion aid comprising a reactive silicone and a polyacrylate material containing 2.5-5 wt.% of a SiO2-containing co-mixture or a metal. Also claimed are the use of the above silicone-based adhesion agent and the production of a dental prosthesis by forming a workpiece from polyacrylate of metal as above, coating with a silicone-based adhesion agent, applying a silicone rubber layer and curing.
