The control time adjustment device has a hydraulic connecting bracket. The path for the hydraulic fluid includes one or more axial borings (27) in the cylinder wall (26) of the connecting bracket which has an additional axial boring (29). Each annular groove (12,13,14) in annular flanges (21,22,23) of the bracket, is connected by at least one radial boring (32,33,34) to the additional boring. Hydraulic fluid can pass through an annular groove (35) and a radial boring (36) to the bracket.
