The sliding door consists of interlinked horizontal slats (3), and guide rails (9) extending to the side of the door along the vertical walls of the space. The guide rails are extended by sections (11) extending under the roof (4) of the space so as to facilitate pulling back the door (2) into an open position. The sections of each rail extending under the roof form regular corrugations (12) the periods of which match the width of the slats. When pulled back, the slats form an angle rigidifying them against being bent.
