摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase discharge capacity and to enhance charge/discharge cycle characteristics by including at least one kind of organic boron compounds. SOLUTION: Organic boron compounds are characterized by B(R<1> )(R<2> )(R<3> ). R<1> , R<2> , R<3> may be identical, and each of them represents a hydrogen atom, alkyl group, cycloalkyl group, alkoxy group, alkenyl group, alkinyl group, aralkyl group, aryl group, halogen atom, cyano group or a hydroxy group. In the case that the organic boron compound is contained in an electrode active material, a content of 0.01-5 wt.% with respect to the weight of the active material is preferable, and in the case that it is contained in an electrolyte, a content of 0.0001-0.1 mole/l with respect to the volume of the electrolyte solvent is preferable, and a content of 0.001-10 wt.% with respect to the weight of a supporting salt contained in the electrolyte is preferable.
