PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of profile information by collating the validity/invalidity of profile information to be inputted by using any one of correspondence relation between an address and a postal code number, correspondence relation between the postal code number and a telephone number and correspondence relation between the telephone number and the address. SOLUTION: A postal code number-address dictionary data base 11 is constituted so as to be functioned as a dictionary capable of finding out an address based on a postal code number IM inputted from a client side terminal. A 1st collation processing part 15 extracts an address IA corresponding to the postal code number IM, prepares an address table 13 and executes the collation processing of the inputted address IA with the table 13 and sends the processed result to a discrimination processing part 23. The processing part 23 receives the processed result from the processing part 15 and a collated result obtained by collating a telephone number IT with the address IA from a 2nd collation processing part 21, and at the time of detecting that the inputted address IA is not written in the address tables 13, 19, discriminates the invalidity of the address IA and outputs non-valid information 25. |
