PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus location system which informs users who wait at a bus stop necessary information through a simple equipment structure. SOLUTION: A transmitter 20 which sends a vehicle code signal that is specified with a destination and traveling time is mounted on a route bus 10. A bus stop post 30 that is installed at a bus stop is provided with a receiver which receives a radio signal from the transmitter 20, an indicator 33 which shows scheduled bus passing time, etc., and a controller which controls the indicator 33 based on an output of the receiver, and when the receiver receives a radio signal including a vehicle code, the display of the indicator 33 is blinked. This makes users know that a bus approaches the bus stop. |
