<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the electromagnetic energy generating efficiency of laminated coil parts, by covering the inner and outer peripheral sections of a coil conductor formed in the coil parts with a magnetic material and constituting the coil conductor in an opened magnetic path structure in which the coil conductor is held between upper and lower nonmagnetic bodies. SOLUTION: A coil conductor 5 is formed in a magnetic body 3 by using a laminated printing method. The first layer of the conductor 5 is formed by printing silver paste, etc., on the lower nonmagnetic body 22 so that the first layer may be exposed on one side face. The second magnetic material layer of the conductor 5 is printed on the first layer so that the other end section of the conductor pattern of the first layer may be exposed. Then, the third conductor layer of the conductor 5 is printed on the second magnetic material layer so that the conductor layer may be connected to the conductor pattern of the first layer. Thereafter, prescribed numbers of magnetic layers and conductor layers are alternately formed on the third conductor layer by printing and, finally, a conductor layer is printed by exposing the other end section 51 of the coil conductor pattern on the other side face of the lower nonmagnetic body 22. In addition, external electrodes 4 are formed after an upper nonmagnetic body 21 is superposed upon the conductor layer and the laminated body is baked.</p> |
