<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a manufacturing time while position and shape precision are excellent by a method wherein an electrocast mold is formed by use of a reversed mold to which a first groove part is formed, a second groove part wherein a shape of the first groove part is transferred to a surface of a composite sheet is formed, a base material is filled, and after hardening, the base material is bonded to a surface of the base material. SOLUTION: A base 25 of a flat plate state is set on a bed 24, a front surface side of a composite sheet 14 is bonded to its upper surface, which is compressed from a rear surface side of the composite sheet 14 with a press roll 20, and a base material 19c is bonded onto the base 25. When the composite sheet 14 is separated from the base 25, a structure wherein a projected partition is formed on the flat plate stated base 25 is completed. Further, the base material 19c is of a paste state composed of powder of metal, glass or ceramics, etc., binder, a hard regulator, etc. A partion having various characteristics is prepared by selecting respective materials. Since a shape of a groove part of a reversed mold is in order accurately transferred to an electrocast mold and the composite sheet 14, highly shaped and positional precision is obtained.</p> |
