MANUFACTURE OF WOODY DECORATIVE SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a woody decorative sheet excellent in designedness by a method wherein the fiber grain of the face veneer of a plywood can be prevented from appearing without lowering the adhesion of a sliced veneer. SOLUTION: A sliced veneer 12 is bonded through the surface of a plywood 11 under the condition that the fiber direction of the sliced veneer 12 is set to be normal to the fiber direction of the surface veneer 13 of the plywood 11. After that, the surface of the sliced veneer 12 is polished along its wood grain direction with a coarse polishing paper so as to be roughened. Next, the roughened surface of the sliced veneer 12 is finished by painting.
