PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve security and to easily store each person by storing plural guide data set up by a person and plural password data set up by the person correspondingly to the guide data. SOLUTION: A card 10 recording plural guide data previously set up by a person and plural password data previously set up by the person correspondingly to the guide data is inserted into an operation terminal 20 having an input area 26 for inputting data and a display area 28 for displaying data. One guide data read out from the card 10 is displayed on the display area 28 and one password data corresponding to the guide data displayed on the area 28 is inputted from the input area 26. The operation is repeated plural times, and when relation between the guide data displayed on the area 28 and the password data inputted from the area 26 coincides with relation between the guide data and password data previously stored in the card 10 about the number of times, the person is certified.
