PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attenuate a leak current without using a waste current in a <sleep condition>, by allowing an output current value from a variable current source in a <work condition> to all flow in a current amplifying means, so as to accurately obtain the output current value. SOLUTION: A device comprises a resistor 6, a current source 5 for supplying a current to this resistor 6, and a transistor 7 inputting voltage obtained by the resistor 6 and the current source 5 to an emitter, to connect a collector to a voltage source 4 to change a work condition with a base as an input from a current amplifying means 10, a current from a current source 1 setting an input current of the current amplifying means 10 is all supplied to the current amplifying means 10, thereafter so as to attenuate a leak current in a sleep condition. |
