PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electrolytic ozonizer which produces ozone in large quantities by a simple process by incorporating an electrolytic ozone generator, an anode water tank and a cathode water tank connected to the anode chamber and cathode chamber of the generator through an anode circulation water pipe and a cathode circulation water pipe, respectively. SOLUTION: The electrolytic ozonizer has an electrolytic ozone generator 8 with an anodic catalyst film and an anodic porous current collecting plate kept in close contact with each other on one side of a cation exchange membrane and a cathodic catalyst film and a cathodic porous current collecting plate kept in close contact with each other on the other side. When the ozone generator 8 begins to work, ozone and oxygen in an anode water tank 18 slowly form a pressure P by the dumping of a millipore dumping plate 23. The pressure P shifts to a unidirectional equilibrium valve 13, ion-exchanged water flows from the anode water tank 18 to a cathode water tank 4, the water passage between the tank 4, 18 is shut and the ozonizer produces ozone and oxygen by the pressure P. |
