PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder made of a sheet metal to simply assemble a conical roller and an inner ring at the holder without changing the, shape and the size of the hole surface of a side ring serving as a slide surface. SOLUTION: Pockets 1 are formed in the drum surface of a holder molded in a conical trapezoidal shape by using a sheet metal, and a side ring 2 and a hold surface 3 are formed in a small bottom, and notches 4 and 5 are formed in a staggering state in the peripheral direction of the side ring 2. A conical roller is placed in the pocket 1 from the inside and after an inner ring is incorporated, the small side is constricted to a drive size. In this case, the shapes and the sizes of a ring part 8 to support a hole surface and a hole surface 3 are not changed due to bending of a bending member 7.
