PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the reflection liquid crystal display device which can reduce unevenness of liquid crystal layer thickness and has sufficient insulation between a reflection body and a transparent electrode layer (display electrode). SOLUTION: This liquid crystal display device has the reflection body which has an internal uneven surface 14a, an overcoat layer 17a which is formed on the uneven surface 14a of the reflection body 15 to flatten the uneven surface 14a, and a color filter layer 16 which is formed on the overcoat layer 17a, whose thickness is >=2 times as large as the depths of recessed parts of the uneven surface 14a of the reflection body 15. |
