<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange particulate trap filters and a muffler on one side of an engine and arrange vehicle parts on the other side of the engine in a rear engine bus. SOLUTION: A rear engine bus 1 is provided with an exhaust pipe 10 having a first pipe body 11 connected at one end to one side part of an engine 7 and arranged along a direction parallel with the centerline C of a vehicle, and a second pipe body 13 arranged along a direction orthogonal to the centerline C of the vehicle continuously with the other end of the first pipe body 11; particulate trap filters 15, 16 positioned on the opposite side to one side part of the engine 7 and arranged along a direction parallel with the centerline C of the vehicle; and a muffler 14 provided at the second pipe body 13 of the exhaust pipe 10 and arranged along a direction right-angled to the centerline C of the vehicle, being positioned in a longitudinal space between the engine 7 and a rear axle 4 and on the opposite side to one side part of the engine 7. The particulate trap filters 15, 16 are connected to the tail side part of the muffler 14.</p> |
