PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pick up only an object with a small motion by eliminating a video image of a moving object even when a shutter is pressed before surrounding persons are stopped. SOLUTION: An object is picked up continuously for thrice or over at a prescribed time interval and image data equivalent to one image pattern obtained on a CCD for each image pickup are stored respectively in a prescribed area of a RAM (S1). In order to reduce the effect of a camera-shake at each pickup, a position deviation amount of the 2nd and succeeding image is obtained base on the 1st image (S2). The image is operated for each pixel corresponding to pluralities of image data while using the calculated position deviation amount to obtain a synthesis video image from which a moving object is eliminated (S3). The synthesis video image data to be obtained is stored in a large capacity external storage device (S4). In the S3, the pixel of the 1st image data is compared with that of the 2nd image data are compared and when they are equal to each other, the pixel of the 1st image data is adopted. When the pixel of the 3rd image data is equal to the pixel of the 1st image data, the pixel of the 1st image data is adopted and when the pixel of the 3rd image data is equal to the pixel of the 2nd image data, the pixel of the 2nd image data is adopted. |
