摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously perform a steering control by discontinuing a control by a first control means when a steering location detection means is decided to be out of order and providing a second control means controlling steering force generated in a steering force generation means according to a steering location detected by a steering location detection means. SOLUTION: A steering control when a stroke sensor 25 is out of order is executed by controlling steering force generated in a steering shaft motor 23 based on an actual steering location of a steering handle 11 and speed S. When prescribed steering force is generated from the steering shaft motor 23, a wheel 21 is steered up to a location where tire reaction determined according to a steering location and speed and generated steering force are balanced. Therefore, the steering location of the wheel 21 can be controlled so as to correspond to the actual steering location of the steering handle 11 by generating steering force according to speed S and the actual steering location from the steering shaft motor 23.</p>
