摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid electrolyte having high ion conductivity, superior in high temperature stability and adhesiveness with an electrode, and a battery using the same. SOLUTION: This hybrid electrolyte is formed by swelling a cross-linking high molecular porous molded body with electrolyte, and the gel fraction of a high molecular component is in the range of 20 to 75%. Its upper limit is preferably 70% and is more preferably 65%. Its lower limit is preferably 30% and is more preferably 35%. A battery is formed by jointing electrodes with each other via a hybrid electrolyte sheet.
