PURPOSE:To manufacture the stator of a single-layer winding type explosive generator relatively simply with a small quantity of material. CONSTITUTION:The development 17 of single-layer winding is projected on a metallic plate 16, and the metallic plate is cut according to it. The metallic plate of single-layer winding being cut is wound around a winding core, which has an outside diameter shorten than the inside diameter of a stator, and is fixed to it. The winding core whereon said metallic plate is wound is lined with resin. The manufacture of the single-layer winding type explosive generator stator further comprises a process for removing the winding core. |
