<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize paper-feeding at the effective part of paper where printing information is transferred, to eliminate a marginal part provided with paper feeding perforations and to reduce paper cost by independently driving press- contact rollers constituting the paper feeding device for feeding the paper at specified speed and restoring it by a fixed distance. SOLUTION: This paper feeding device 1 is constituted of a bearing roller 3 which is driven by a servo motor 2 and whose surface is made of metal and rubber, and a pressing roller 4 which is constituted to pressure the roller 3 and whose surface is made of the metal and the rubber. Then, it is constituted so that continuous paper 5 may pass between the roller 3 and the roller 4 press- contacting the roller 3 by gravity or an eccentric mechanism. By giving a signal for driving the motor 2 to the motor 2, the motor 2 is driven so as to freely rotate the roller 3. Thus, the marginal part at least on either side is eliminated from the marginal parts formed at both ends of the continuous paper.</p> |
