PURPOSE:To provide the compsn. for injection molding of sinterable powder which has excellent moldability and strength by using the binder for powder injection molding contg. a resin or compd. having >=1 pieces of oxazolinyl groups within the molecule. CONSTITUTION:This binder is a binder for injection molding of the sinterable powder contg. the resin or compd. >=1 pieces of the oxazolinyl groups within the molecule and particularly the binder for injection molding of the sinterable powder in which the resin having >=1 pieces of the oxazolinyl groups has over 2000 mol.wt. and which further contains the resins exclusive of the above- mentioned resin and the org. compd. having <=2000 mol.wt. The compsn. for powder injection molding of metallic powder, ceramic powder or cermet powder is provided by using the binder for powder injection molding contg. (a) 3-80wt.% resin having >=1 pieces of the oxazolinyl groups within the molecule and having over 2000 mol.wt., (b) 0-70wt.% resin exclusive of (a) and (c) 20-80wt.% low mol.wt. compd. having <=2000 mol.wt. |
