<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent collision between a work moving/positioning device and an unloader device and breakage of equipment caused by the collision. SOLUTION: On the rear face of a movable table 19 having the work moving/ positioning device 26, plural dogs 77 which are arranged in parallel in the direction of an axis (X-axis), different in length and stretched in the direction of the other axis (Y-axis) are stepwise provided and plural detectors 81 for detecting these dogs 77 are provided on an intermediate table 41. By detecting the dogs 77 which are respectively situated with plural detectors 81, the moving positions of the movable tables 19, 21 are recognized and, by discriminating the interference between the work moving/positioning device 26 and the unloader device 45, the interference is prevented.</p> |
