PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate restriction such as the number of students, place, time, and the like, and to eanble to realize question and answer between an instructor in a remote place and students with a real time by receiving simultaneously questions from plural students and transmitting appropriate answers for questions to students. SOLUTION: An input section 102 receives a question sentence, a processing section 105 extract nouns from a question sentence inputted to a question receiving table screen, matching a lecture text number of answer retrieving file and a lecture text number of an answer attribute file, and stores them to an answer retrieving result file. A page number of the answer retrieving file and a page number of the answer retrieving result file are matched. and coincident answers are stored in the answer retrieving result file. When the answer retrieving result file receives an answer, a title of an answer file is displayed on a display part 101 of an answer table screen. It is displayed on the answer display part 101 by receiving answer specification and performing operation such as double- clicking a title displayed on the answer table screen and the like.
