PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a suture hard to be cut by forming a gripping part side edge part of a piercing part in a round shape in the thickness direction in an injection needle type suturing device which has an injection needle-shaped hollow needle part composed of a cylindrical metallic body formed as the piercing part by obliquely cutting the tip and in which the suture inserted into its hollow needle part is derived from the piercing part. SOLUTION: A resin cylindrical gripping part also serving as a suture housing part is integrally installed in the rear of a hollow needle part 11 which is composed of a metallic cylinder of about 1 to 4 mmϕ and is formed as a piercing part 11a by obliquely cutting the tip, and a suture of a prescribed quantity (a length) is housed in the gripping part in a winding condition. The suture 13 is inserted into the hollow needle part 11, and its tip is pulled outside from the piercing part 11a. In such a suturing device, a gripping part side edge part 11b of the piercing part 11a is finished in a round shape in its thickness direction by a file or the like. Therefore, when the suture 13 is punctured in a lesion, a malfunction such as the suture 13 is cut by the edge part 11b of the piercing part 11a is eliminated, and workability and reliability can be improved. |
