PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain video that does not have a feeling of wrongness at a mobile station. SOLUTION: A camera 110 of a fixed station 100 gets an image of a road. The image is taken in a navigator ECU 214 through a telephone set 210. The navigator ECU 214 recognizes the proceeding direction of a self-vehicle according to data from a GPS device 216 and a map database 218, changes an image that is sent from the station 100 to the direction which is adjusted to the proceeding direction of the self-vehicle and shows it on a display 220. Information about the direction of an image that is acquired by the camera 110 may be stored in the database 218 or added to image information from the station 100.
