HIGH FREQUENCY CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency circuit which is stably operated when a high frequency signal is supplied and also which is formed through the use of a substrate such as ceramics. SOLUTION: The high frequency circuit is provided with a micro-strip line part 4 which is formed on the substrate 2 and where the high frequency signal is supplied and at least one grounded pad 6 which is formed on the substrate 2, separated from the micro-strip line part 4 so as to be formed in the neighborhood of the part 4 and connected to a conductor on the rear surface of the substrate 2. The lengths of the grounded pad 6 in a direction along the micro- strip line part 4 and in a direction orthogonal to it are different from an interger times of one-forth of the effective wave length of the high frequency signal on the substrate 2.
