ELECTRIC-WIRE GUIDE DEVICE IN HARNESS WORKING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design an electric-wire guide device which is applicable to discrete electric wires of different outside diameters without difficulty, by improving the accuracy of its fine guide hole for discrete electric wires of smaller diameters. SOLUTION: This device 1 is formed in the opposed surfaces of its lower guide body 2 and upper guide body 3 facing each other with a multitude of arc-sectioned grooves 8 and 10 running parallel to each other a predetermined pictures, and the grooves define guide passages 11 for guiding electric wires 21 discretely. The upper guide body 3 is formed at its front end with an inclined guide plane 12, which extends downward to the groves 10 such that the grooves 8 in the lower guide body 2 are exposed outside in front of the plane 12 when both guide bodies 2 and 3 are opposed to each other. To the plane 12 is separably opposed an auxiliary guide body 4 having a guide plane closely opposed to the plane 12, which opposed guide plane is formed with a multitude of guide groves 17 running parallel to each other at predetermined pitches so as to lead and merge into the groves 8 in the lower guide body 2.
