PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast program production system in which a source device is used for other production system without any adjustment. SOLUTION: In the case that a master switcher 9 selects an output of a production system A, a tally signal (a) is fed to a control section 7 and when a video effect device 6 outputs a signal denoting it that a source device 3 is a 'NEXT' program (a program next to an on-ail program is called the 'NEXT' program), a NEXT tally signal (b) is fed to the control section 7 to throw a synchronization switcher 4 to the position of 'A'. A synchronizing signal with a phase of -αis fed to the source device 3 from a synchronizing signal generator 1. In the case of selecting an output of a production system B, the tally signal (a) is fed to the control section 7, and when a video effect device 8 detects it that the source device 3 is the 'NEXT' program, the control section 7 throws the synchronizing signal switcher 4 to the position of 'B'. Thus, the synchronizing signal with a phase '0' is fed to the source device 3. Thus, a delay of a video signal at an input section of the video effect devices 6, 8 is set to '0'.
