PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the uniformity of the size of a inductor coil and also to improve the stability of a resonant frequency by making a guard member that is an uncontinuous conductive member extend at least partially over ambient outer edges of a dielectric substrate and surround at least partially a resonant circuit. SOLUTION: A 1st conductive pattern 22 and a 2nd conductive pattern form one resonant circuit. An electrically uncontinuous conductive member, i.e., a conductive member that operates as a guard rail 36 which surrounds the resonant circuit at least partially extends an ambient outer edges 20 of a dielectric substrate and at least partially encloses the resonant circuit. Though the rail 36 is made from conductive material, and when a non-conductive barrier is formed between the edges 20 of the dielectric substrate and the resonant circuit and is in the, form of a web, the rail 36 which insulates the resonant circuit from other plural resonant circuits can be made from non-conductive material. When the resonant circuits are in the form of a web so that they are easily tested, it is effectively insulated from the resonant circuits. |
