PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a warmth-giving cataplasm sheet capable of warming fingertips and fingernails of feet, helping prevent frostbite by stimulating fingertips and fingernails of feet to improve blood circulation through winding its long pieces around fingertips and fingernails of feet, and enabling comfortablely taking a rest and sleeping by improving blood circulation after winding its long pieces around fingernails of feet during sleeping, as a result of appropriate warmth-giving effects of capsicum extract without cutaneous irritation, such as rash or pain. SOLUTION: This warmth-giving cataplasm sheet comprises a support 1a and a cataplasm layer 1b, wherein, the cataplasm sheet 1b contains 0.05-0.3 wt.% capsicum extract, based on the total weight of the sheet, and the capsicum extract contains 0.3-1.8 wt.% capsicin, and the total content of capsicin and dihydrocapsicin is 0.3-2.5 wt.%. |
