PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for easily conducting loading work to put a work into carriers and unloading work to remove the work out of the carriers after grinding. SOLUTION: Plural carriers 17 are arranged between an annular lower-side grinding wheel 12 provided on a lower-side fixed palate 1 and an annular upper- side grinding wheel 14 provided on an upper-side fixed plate 13 to hold a work W, respectively. A sun gear 15 is meshed with the respective carriers 17 inwardly to the radial direction of the grinding wheels 12, 14 and gears 19 are meshed with the respective carriers 17 outwardly to the radial direction. When the sun gear 15 is rotationally driven as the driving side, the carriers 17 are rotated on their axes without moving their rotational center. In this way, the carriers 17 are fixed in place whenever the work W is loaded therein and removed therefrom after ground. |
