PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacture of a skin integrated bead expanded product which is light weighted, excellent in an aethetic appearance, and ready to be recycled by a small process wherein shape reproducibility is good, and bond treatment is not required. SOLUTION: A powder slush molded skin 2 is set in bead expansion molding dies 11, 12, the dies 11, 12 are closed, and preliminarily expanded beads 6 prepared by expanding non-expanded particles are filled in the closed dies 11, 12. Then, steam is passed between the beads to execute steam heating, the beads are mutually fused, and a bead expanded body 7 is stuck onto a rear surface of the powder slush molded skin 2. Then, the dies 11, 12 are cooled, the molded product is taken out from the dies 11, 12, and the molded product is cured. |
