PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image checking device which performs image check with high accuracy. SOLUTION: A starting block A independently performs local matching and adopts an acquired temporary optimum displacement DX as an optimum displacement MX to determine X of the block A. A block B which adjoins the block A adopts it as it is because the displacement DX is within an X reference limitation range RLX to the displacement MX of the block A that is a reference block. Since the displacement DX is outside the range RLX to the displacement MX of the block B that is a reference block, a block C that adjoins the block B adopts a position within the range RLX that is the closest to it as the displacement MX. Even when a singular and temporary optimum displacement like the displacement DX of the block C is acquired, image checking is performed with high accuracy by determining optimum displacement in the above manner. |
