PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a schedule data managing method, its system and a storage medium storing a schedule data managing program, which make the distributed managing of schedule data by plural terminal systems including a mobile terminal and the suppression of a data communicating quantity between the terminal systems compatible. SOLUTION: The updating situation of schedule data is kept in each terminal system as an update log S1. At the time of managing schedule data of one user by the plural terminal systems, the terminal systems communicate with each other S2 when communication is possible to synchronize schedule data S3. At the time of exchanging difference data with another terminal system, for final update log number of received data is obtained from the terminal system of a transmitting destination to manage as a communication log S4.
