PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop calculation on the way by preparing a counter for calculating frequency corresponding to conditions and updating all the contents of the corresponding counter in each reading of a record. SOLUTION: A counter initializing device 102 initializes a counter 103, a record input device 101 inputs one record from a record data storage device 111 to the counter 103 through a communication line 112 and a counter selector 104 selects a suitable counter from the counter 103. A counter updating device 105 updates the value of the selected counter. At the time, the latest record ID stored in a latest record ID storage device 106 is updated to a current value. Consequently calculation can be stopped on the way.
