In a speed change position correction part 56, a signal from a speed change position decision part 53, anti-lock brake operation detection part 54 and the road surface friction coefficient decision part 55 is input, in the case of operating ABS during running on a highμroad in a prescribed speed change position, a speed change position determined in the speed change position decision part 53 is changed to a speed change position in a direction adding an engine brake, on the other hand, in the case of operating the ABS during running on a lowμroad in a prescribed speed change position, a speed change position determined in the speed change position decision part 53 is changed to a speed change position in a direction releasing the engine brake, this speed change position is output relating to a speed change position output part 57.
