PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching machine capable of forming small positioning holes in different type of printed circuit boards without the need for originally repositioning a punching tool to punch another printed circuit board. SOLUTION: A punching machine has plural punching blocks 24 provided to be movable to a structure. Each punching block 24 has a frame provided to the movable to the structure, a moving means to position the frame to the structure for executing receiving instructions, an unremovable punching die 86 fixed to the frame and arranged under the same plane as the plane of the printed circuit board and a punching tool support 50 fixed to the frame and arranged above the plane of the printed circuit board and positioned to the die.
