摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a vibration of a rotor part (rotary sleeve) by arranging permanent magnets for thrust levitation respectively in the upper end parts of a rotor part and a stator part opposedly to each other in the circumference direction vertical to the axial direction. SOLUTION: In rotation of a rotary sleeve 24, the rotary sleeve 24 is supported in the radial direction by means of an air film between the rotary sleeve 24 and a fixed shaft 22 so as to be supported in the thrust direction by means of repulsion force between a first and second permanent magnets 2, 1. In this way, the first permanent magnet 2 installed to the rotor part 24 and the second permanent magnet 1 installed to a stator part are arranged opposedly to each other in the circumference direction (radius direction of the shaft) vertical to the axial direction, so that the rotary sleeve 24 is repulsively supported opposedly on the side face of the permanent magnet for thrust levitation. Therefore, positional constraining force in the thrust direction is much greater than repulsion supporting force in the vertical direction, so that a vertical vibration of the rotary sleeve serving as the rotor part 24 is greatly reduced against disturbance such as a vibration of a device.
