<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump unit for lifting chemicals out of a container without leaving any. SOLUTION: A pump comprises a cylinder part 60 and a valve part 70 integrated with each other, and the cylinder part 60 comprises a cylinder tube 5 as a cylinder part main body, a cylinder cover 3 to close an upper part of the cylinder tube 5 provided with an air in/out port 1, a piston 7 which moves vertically in the cylinder tube 5 by getting in/out of air, and a spring 9 to push the piston 7 to return. The valve part 70 has a liquid inflow port 11 to suck liquid through a groove 10 at a height close to a bottom surface of the pump, outflow passages 22, 24 from the cylinder part 60 to reach a liquid flow exit 23, and a ball valve 13 as an inflow valve and a ball valve 21 as an outflow valve provided on the passages 22, 24 are integrated with each other, and the ball valve 13 as the inflow valve is disposed at a close position to the liquid inflow port 11.</p> |
