This invention describes the tectonic-originated earthquake predicting system corresponding to seismology, and to achieve prediction, 8 equidistant, temperature sensors are placed at a depth of 10 meters on earth surface, and which are the ends of 8 thermoelectric pairs, which register temperature increments coming from earth surface, subjected to sliding-rupture process, event which is premonitory of a tectonic-originated seismic movement; this calorific energy increment is registered in a computer, which by means of a program, processes electric pulses coming from thermoelectric pairs, with which time period on which earthquake is going to happen, magnitude range, are predicted; system informs owners about said event twelve hours ahead, more or less; with more earthquakes predicting systems as the one aforementioned, placed on strategic places, epicenter localization area is predicted. Earthquakes predicting system, correlates angles difference between the two straight lines which average consecutive hourly temperatures when increasing second one slope with respect to second first one (an earthquake premonitory event) hours before the same, with Richter seismic magnitude.
