The present invention describes an electronic apparatus which, when connected in series between a telephonic line inlet and one or more telephones, allows accounting and use control of said line. Circuit is capable of accounting calls generated and received by telephonic terminals, registerimg number of calls, telephone number dialed on generated calls or telephone number which originated calling of the sames. It has a micro-controller which monitors telephonic line state and receives users commands by means of telephone keyboard. An non volatile serial EEPROM memory use, allows reprogramming of parameters such as access codes to long distance services, apparatus arrangement codes, and use restrictions to users among others, and the same memory serves as temporary storimg of events which happened on line, as may be a telephone dialing or reception of a call, among others. Aforementioned micro-controller has a serial interface which allows to transfer information to a computer and to be programmed in such a way that telephonic line can be accounted for and controlled from computer. Apparatus also has a visualizer (wherein information concerning state and use of line is displayed), and anti-violation system and a backup battery.
